Stacy Edgar, NP-C Recently Joined the Medical Staff at Regional Physician Services

Poplar Bluff, MO - Certified Nurse Practitioner Stacy Edgar, MSN, BSN, NP-C, has joined the medical staff with Regional Physician Services.
“I chose to become a nurse practitioner because I love helping people. I worked as a RN for 9 years and I loved bedside nursing, but I had a desire to be the one driving the care of the patient,” Edgar said. “I wanted to be the one ordering the tests, finding the problems and prescribing the treatments that would help my patients.”
Stacy graduated from Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, MO, with her Associate Degree in nursing (ADN), from Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO, with her Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) and from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN, with her Master of Science in nursing (MSN).
Stacy Edgar, NP-C, joins us at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center (PBRMC) Primary Care located at 2360 Katy Lane. Edgar is accepting new patients and her areas of experience include family health, such as sick visits, pediatric care, annual preventive wellness visits, immunizations, physicals, DOT physicals, referrals to specialists, pre-employment testing and school screenings. Additionally, Edgar helps manage chronic conditions, performs minor procedures and coordination of care.
