High-deductible insurance plan or no insurance? MDSave might be right for you.
MDSave is an option for patients to save money on out-of-pocket healthcare costs when you pay in advance for services or procedures. Procedure-related fees are packaged into one price, reducing the overall cost of the procedure as well as the number of bills to manage. This program is especially helpful for patients with high deductibles or those without insurance.
How Does it Work?
MDSave is online shopping for healthcare made easy.
You can view bundled prices for certain services and procedures online and purchase a voucher for those services and procedures. Transparent pricing generally includes facility fees to administer the service or procedure as well as professional fees charged by the provider.
After reviewing the pricing, you can purchase your voucher online or by calling (888) 522-7570. Then, you'll schedule your service or procedure. Scheduling instructions will be given to you by your provider. Remember to bring your voucher to your appointment.

It's easy to get started. After receiving the recommendation from your provider for a specific procedure or service:

- Choose your procedure or provider and click on "details" to learn more.
- Add your service(s) and/or procedure(s) to your cart and click "purchase."
- Your voucher and appointment instructions will be emailed to you.
Eligibility
Anyone can take advantage of MDSave regardless of your insurance status. MDSave does not submit claims to your health insurance or accept Medicare or AHCCCS (Medicaid). Your MDSave purchase may apply to your insurance deductible, but you will need to contact your insurance company for verification and instructions.

Refunds
MDSave will provide a full refund if you do not receive care for your purchased procedure or service.
