PBRMC Welcomes First Baby of 2026

POPLAR BLUFF, MO – Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center (PBRMC) welcomed its first baby of 2026 on January 1. Ivanna Renee was born at 3:38 a.m. The baby girl weighed 7 lbs. and 8 oz., measuring 21 inches long. Ivanna was born to proud first-time parents Jaelyn and Jakeb. Both mom and baby are healthy and doing well.

In total, PBRMC labor and delivery staff delivered two babies on January 1. Last year, more than 1,070 babies were born at PBRMC.
