New Family Nurse Practitioner joins Regional Physician Services’ Cardiovascular Institute of Southern Missouri

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Jamie Murray has joined the medical staff of Regional Physician Services, part of Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center (PBRMC).
Murray previously worked at PBRMC as a registered nurse for 15 years in the ICU and cardiac cath lab before continuing her education becoming a nurse practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, she spent time working with cardiologists before moving and practicing in primary care.
Murray graduated from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN, with her Masters of Science – Nursing and received her Bachelor of Science - Nursing from Central Methodist University in Fayetteville, MO.
She will join the practice of Cardiovascular Institute of Southern Missouri and is accepting new patients. With more than 15 years’ experience in cardiology services, she “is looking forward to expanding services for my hometown.”
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding trails in the side-by-side with her husband and traveling.
“I am so excited to have Jamie rejoining the team at PBRMC. Jamie brings many years of quality health care back to our Cardiology department. Having Jamie back will allow us to expand our office appointments and keep care in the community,’ said CEO Rick Naegler.
